Sweet sweet Caramel! This pint sized beauty is the queen of the Puppies for Parole Program. At only 6 years young Ms. Caramel was signed over to the shelter because her owner could no longer care for her. Caramel has been diagnosed with heartworms and is undergoing treatment while in the Puppies for Parole Program. While she is one pampered and spoiled girl, Caramel has been learning basic obedience cues such as walking nicely on a leash and meeting other dogs.
