Diabetes and Nutrition

Join NWMSU Intern, Lyndsay Grubb, for a free, fun, and educational diabetes class at 2:00 pm, September 13, 2023 at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center (JRP), St. Joseph, Missouri. Participants will learn about nutrition considerations and delicious meals and snacks to help maintain a healthy blood glucose level. Food samples will be provided during this 30-45 min session. Please register in advance by stopping by the JRP or calling (816) 271-4666.
