Intermediate exercise class is for people 50 and older. Join in the fun to work out every muscle group during each class. Total Body Workout meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501 and is taught by Kay Gallagher.
