Step and Body conditioning uses a combination of step aerobics, aerobic exercises, hand weights and bands to help build stamina and strength. This class is for people 50 and older and meets every Tuesday evening from 5:15-6:15 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street. Cost is $4 per person, per session.
