This is an intermediate level class for those 50 and older that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning of every week from 8:15-9:15am at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street. Exercises are different each session and can include floor exercise, aerobics, line dancing, yoga, tai chi, balance balls, and hand weights. Cost is $3 per person, per session.

Chair Tai Chi is a class available for people who want to stretch and build strength and stamina but who have trouble standing. Chair Tai Chi includes slow movement to build strength, stamina and improve balance. This class meets every Friday from 10-11 am at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street.
