The Community Development Division of the City of St. Joseph will be hosting an open meeting June 25, 2025 3-5pm, at City Hall in Room 103. This meeting provides the opportunity for citizens, public service providers, housing providers and other service agencies of St. Joseph to voice their opinion to assist in the preparation St Joseph’s next Community Partnership Strategy and Consolidated Plan. This is a 5-year plan that informs the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) what the City of St. Joseph is going to be doing with the federal funds it receives over the next 5-year period.
To develop this plan the City is asking citizens and the stakeholders in the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Programs of St. Joseph to share with City Staff what they feel are the priorities related to housing and non-housing needs.
