The St. Joseph Police Department and Buchanan County Sheriff's Office would like to invite Buchanan County community members to this year's Joint Citizen's Academy. The program will start on Tuesday, April 4, at 6pm. Applications are available in the SJPD lobby and BCSO Lobby and must be turned in by March 24th. The first 30 qualified applicants will be accepted. Participants must be at least 18 and be a resident of Buchanan County to attend.
